Last weekend, we had seven family members come to visit us here in Biloxi. What fun it was to have my parents, three sisters, brother and brother-in-law all together! We had a blast playing games, sipping coffee, shopping, walking the beach, bowling, touring Keesler and, of course, enjoying the best donuts in town. : ) It meant so much to me and Nathan that our family would travel so far just to spend a couple days with us. We so appreciated and treasured their visit!
I wasn't quite ready to say goodbye to my parents when it came time for them to leave, so I hopped in the van and rode back to Ohio with them. : ) I spend the next week in Cedarville loving on my sweet nephews and niece and enjoying time with the family members who didn't make it down to Mississippi. It was a blessing to relax and spend quality time with family and friends in my hometown and experience the beautiful fall weather and scenery... the most beautiful being my parents new wooded backyard!
Meanwhile, Nathan was busy here at home receiving our new assignment! The Air Force has decided to send us to Peterson AFB in Colorado Springs, CO, and we couldn't be more excited. We've heard only wonderful things about Colorado, and we so look forward to all God has in store for us there as part of His perfect plan for our lives. We will likely be moving sometime in January.
